Software Company iFusion Labs
Software Website http://www.woopra.com/

A slick-looking website analytics program that is free to use up to 30,000 pageviews per month.  Subscription plans are available for busier sites.

Woopra is the nicest- and slickest-looking newcomer to the variety of website analytical contenders out there. It won't replace Google Analytics anytime near soon, but it compliments it beautifully and can be considered "a must" for the serious (or compulsive) webmaster.

I think of Woopra as more of a promise of things to come than, currently, a comprehensive web analytics program. Certainly it will not be replacing Google Analytics anytime in the near future, although it compliments it rather nicely now.

The company principals are quite proud of their product, perhaps more than they should be. They appear to be desperately trying to create a buzz for their new contender with several forum and blog announcements about how their users should write about why they "love" Woopra.

Maybe one day I will "love" Woopra: Right now, I'm just happy enough with it and am looking forward to the day when the full promise of what it can be materializes.

Review

Good Points Woopra's greatest strength and major selling point is its built-in "live" feature, that is, webmasters can observe the surfing behavior of their visitors in real time. The client software is easy to install and provides a slick-looking interface to its server-side data.
Bad Points Woopra is still in the beta stage of development (1.3.2beta) and it shows. Not all features work as smoothly as they should and the analytics data, strangely enough, are missing summary data for the given time period selected.

My biggest complaint is the lack of ability to block administrator usage with the use of a cookie. Currently, you will need to exclude yourself by IP address only, which is a considerable nuisance unless you have a static IP address.
