I think it is certainly possible for you to find a job teaching business English at a private language school in Shanghai or Beijing for 15 to 20,000 yuan per month (but you'll be working many hours for that money and you will have to pay for your own housing).
Public and private universities will not pay anywhere near that unless, perhaps, the university was hosting a Sino-Western joint venture program and they were specifically looking for a teacher with an MBA from an accredited American university.
When I was working at Hainan University, there was an older American guy there teaching oral English with an MBA from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, earning just a couple of hundred more renminbi per month than the bachelor's level foreign teachers were being paid, i.e., 4300 yuan. Of course, he was not specifically teaching business English.
I have read of joint-venture programs and Western universities with a local branch in China paying as much as 33,000 yuan per month but these positions are few and far between and would only be advertised on higher education websites.
